Who said dressing modestly is ugly or boring? It's a big misconception, in my opinion, so join the modest fashion movement, dress demurely and have fun dressing stylishly, fashionably and modestly.

"The term modest fashion or modest dressing refers to a fashion trend in women of wearing less skin-revealing clothes, especially in a way that satisfies their spiritual and stylistic requirements for reasons of faith, religion or personal preference."

People dress modestly for different reasons (from religious to cultural). Likewise, modest dressing could mean different for a very person.  I dress modestly because it's a personal preference. I like to dress in a way that is comfortable and gives me confidence.  Wearing something that I'm constantly worried about, and pulling down or up to avoid parts of my body hanging out is not appealing to me.  

I believe in dressing according to my body type, style, and comfortability. I've always loved style and fashion but I can say that I have never been the risqué clothing type. I like picking pieces that make me feel pretty, stylish and flatters my body type, size, and age without exposing too much.  That is why dressing modestly is more appealing to me. 

As a wife, and a mom it's important for me to not let myself go. Keeping up with my sense of style helps me feel good about myself and in turn helps be the best that I can be for my family. I'm a firm believer that, moms can be stylish too, so I like to dress in a way that is authentic to me and conveys a message of sophistication, classiness, and confidence with my dressing.  

For some time now, the fashion world has been having a modesty moment and the trend still continues well into 2019. This is one trend that I'm more than happy to enjoy because it's in line with my sense of style. So hop on board and let's own it and have fun with our modest style.

They recently sent me three dresses that I absolutely love... Emerson , Yasmeen, and Marcela. All their dresses are so pretty, but my absolute favorite is the Marcela dress.  

The dress is absolute perfection and I fell head over heels with every detail about this dress as soon as I put it on.  It's a classic shade of white paired with stunning floral embellishments and lace detailing. The bodice features a rounded neckline, half-length sleeves and fitted waist creating the perfect fit. The Marcela dress fits me in all the right places and accentuates my womanly figure beautifully and I love that!

I felt so pretty wearing the Marcela dress...as mentioned earlier it's perfect for all occasions and  I really love what Nee See's Dresses is all about, "Always modest. Always beautiful."  I definitely recommend Nee See's Dresses because their clothes are made for the real woman, and with all body types and shapes in mind.

MOMMY AND DAUGHTER MATCHING DRESSES FROM YAFFI FASHION.

My Thoughts On Yaffi Fashion

To be honest,  I loved the styles and price at first glance, but I was a bit skeptical about the quality of these dresses, I thought it was too good to be true. I waited for the estimated shipping time of 7-14 days ( my packaged shipped on July 19 and I got it by July 25). I was super impressed by how fast my package arrived, in less than a week. 

When I opened the package, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and the craftsmanship of the dresses.  It's very well made and true to size, I haven't washed them yet but I hope the dresses hold well after a few washes. I'll update this post if it doesn't hold up after washing the dresses because this is a very big factor for me when it comes to buying for my children. Children can be messy so finding pieces that wash well is a must for me.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Yaffi Fashion based on my personal experience.
